Merakey is one of the largest providers of community-based, nonprofit education and human services in the country. Over 10,000 staff provides care to app. 40,000 adults and children in app. 700 facilities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, New York, Maryland, Delaware, Louisiana and Michigan. We presently serve as their real estate advisor whereby we assist in the management of their corporate real estate portfolio and assist in identifying and securing new space to accommodate their expansion needs.
