NMA, LLC served as the advisor to Independence Health Group on the acquisition and financing of the Independence Blue Cross Headquarters Building at 1901 Market Street in Philadelphia, PA. The building was acquired for $360 million. 1901 Market Street is approximately 801,000 square feet and is the eighth tallest office tower in Philadelphia. Through our advisory role we were able to significantly reduce IBC’s annual rent as a result of the attractive financing terms secured.
